        Step 3   you look out for a side of the page  with Backup/ Restore

Ste Step  4      Click on Backup/Restore and which will pop up another small page

Ste Step 5 Click on download, if you have an existed site where you can download , or if you already have    a  an existed xml themes, click on it and open it, and  if you don’t have  any themes to upload you can                      reach out for our help at our contact page and request for themes of your desired types,
