How to increase price and still do not loose customer’s
The following is a real life story of how I and my team were able to
increase our pricing scale and still do not lose any customers.
Before you proceed further, I
do not guarantee this method can work with any business.
However, you can manipulate this method to suit your standard.
Growing up as self independent person who ventured into lots of skills
with no one to direct me or guide me in aspect's that are crucial to business
development and how to design a profitable
pricing system
I found it very disturbing each time I got questioned on how much do I
charge for my services...
You know how it sounds like when something is telling you that the
pricing scale you offering people is a cheat on your skills.
That was long before I had my full operational brand along with other
creative team member.
As the co-founder of vicoka ( A
Digital Marketing Agency, Copy Writing
And Identity Management)
The game of business was changing drastically.
And we needed to do something that will cover our cost of operation
and other fees.
This is what we did.
With the help of customer avatar profile.
We knew that our customers are from different locations and their
financial strength differs.
The question remains.
How can we maintain low level profile and high level profile,
giving the same service?
We came up with a 3 package plan offering a particular solution but
with different benefits attached.

leaves you as a consumer otherwise a customer, confused on not wanting to go

The goal is to deliver the same service . but the extra mouth watering
attachment that follows is directly
proportional to the package you choose .

Knowing that not everybody can afford our service.
And not wanting to loss anyone.
We made sure the system can accommodate everyone
This is one of our proven methods we use to scale up our pricing
system.
Putting myself in your position as a service provider.
I truly understand the struggle of not knowing how to design a pricing
system that meets with the standard of production.
The struggles of not wanting to over price a service which could chase
people away or otherwise that could make people feel your service is inferior
However, These should be the basic ideal way by which you can set up
your pricing system.
1. Understand the need of the end users
2. Understand the environment ( Geo – location ) Where you’ve found
yourself
You do not sell diamond in a village and expect a
good result
3. Give your service end users the power of option to chose
( like
setting them on trap )
4. Understand the quality demanded vs quantity .
5. Understand how to craft a customer profile ( Avater )
6. Lastly . Understand the flowchart pattern of the competition you
stepping into
