The ways you can create an online presence from websites and social media to mobile app
You can see just how important it is these days to be online.

The most obvious way to “go digital” is with a website. With  websites, we can do much more.
Your site can help people do research, chat with experts, read customer reviews, watch videos, buy things, track orders – with your website you can analyze the customer reaction and their  mode of concentration .( what they like most, and what they do not .)   and much, much more.
Starting with a website is a very good idea, but the key factor is to be able to be able to understand what your site actually needs in order to support your business goals..

Of course, it’s also possible to do business online without a website. If you own a fashion store, for example, and you want customers to be able to find you, website or not. you can still build your online presence .

You can also use social media as your digital presence. in my recent research , there has been an increase (78%) of  People all over the world who  uses  Facebook and Twitter pages and other social platforms  to complement and to establish their digital presence.
 Another way you can reach customers online is through their mobile. You can create and offer your business apps to customers yourself, for better communication and easy accessibility of service rendered.

Apps can take advantage of a mobile device’s unique capabilities, like GPS, mapping and phone, to connect with customers. If a customer installs your app on his/ her mobile, the next time she’s near your shop, the app might send her a special offer, thanks to GPS.
Apps could even let customers place an order at a spot, an effective system that beats traffics and the queue .


 Mobile apps are often used as loyalty tools, to encourage existing, frequent customers to come back…
most important fact of this is the uprising of mobile apps against websites .
and statistics has shown the necessity  why every business should operate a mobile app.
you will all bear me witness that major big companies around the globe have been trying to engage their  customers with mobile apps. ( jumia- Opay – banks – amazon - ……)


That was because website is like a junk of information, it’s a location of millions of information, from story to music, gif ,videos, lots of them, and there are possibilities that a customer who has been engaged with your site content gets carried away by pop up ads , and many other windows through which their attention might  get shifted from your online shop into another thing .
in an attempt to make sure customers don’t get carried away by flying or hanging information’s, mobile app was introduced ,


and this helps to make the customers get familiar with natures of service rendered, and it also helps to lay hold on their attention , and also increases the chances of making them order from your shop.
: whether you use a website or social media, mobile apps, or all of the above, the trick is to decide what you want customers to do, then create a home that accomplishes those goals. Together, these things work as your digital storefront: your space to interact with customers online.
